Exactly 30 years after the first historical observation of Crab nebula at TeV energies, which opened the era of TeV astronomy with the Imaging Atmospheric Cherenkov Technique (IACT), another advancement in IACT technology has been achieved. The ASTRI-Horn Cherenkov Telescope, based on the innovative Schwarzschild-Couder dual-mirror configuration and equipped with an innovative camera, has detected the Crab Nebula at TeV energies for the first time, proving the viability of this technology.

The first edition of the Applied Nuclear Physics (ANP) Conference, a new conference of the EPS-Nuclear Physics Division, will take place in the charming capital of the Czech Republic, Prague, on September 13-18 2020 (Please note the change of date).
Over the last three decades, solar physicists in both Europe and China have worked together on a large variety of topics in various ways, yielding fruitful achievements and success.
The conference will be held in Nordita, Stockholm, Sweden from 7-11 May 2019. This will be the 2nd conference of the EPS Statistical and Nonlinear Physics Division, connected with the award of the EPS Statistical and Nonlinear Physics Prize. The previous conference, where the prize was awarded for the first time, was in Krakow in 2017.
