NIC-XII is part of a series of biennal conferences addressed to nuclear physicists, astrophysicists, cosmochemists to survey the recent achievements in nuclear astrophysics.
The NIC-XIII program will cover in particular the following topics: cosmology and big bang nucleosynthesis…
Since the mid 1940’s, the research reactors had provided stable and reliable neutron sources for experimental research of neutron scattering. By recognizing unique features and powerful probe ability of neutrons, particularly for material and life science, Europe and North America accelerated building high-flux beam reactors dedicated to neutron scattering in 1960’s and 1970’s. A large number of neutron users in these regions resulted in the formation of the European Neutron Scattering Association [ENSA] and the Neutron Scattering Society of America [NSSA], respectively.
In the Asia-Oceania Region, on the other hand, India and Australia initiated neutron scattering…
The Executive Committee will present modifications to the Constitution to make it easier to read and updated taking into account communications methods and revised structure. A list of all the modifications can be found on the EPS website.
Changes in Membership Fees for Individual Members only will also be presented to Council, modifying section 6 of Annexe 1 to the Constitution and By-laws…
