A celebration of the humour to be found within science is being held at the Espace des sciences Pierre-Gilles de Gennes from the 3 May to 30 October this year. The exhibition – entitled “La science, une histoire d’humour”Literally: “Science, a humour story” – shows how, through humour, science is reflected in the eyes of both society and the scientific community itself.

The exhibits on display have been entirely crowd-sourced – with such contributors as Jean-Marie Lehn, Hervé This and Catherine Vidal – and visitors are encouraged to add the collection with their own additions.

The exhibition is open between 14:00 and 17:30 from Tuesdays to Saturdays. Group visits may be arranged – by appointment – during mornings.

For more information, please visit the Espace des sciences Pierre-Gilles de Gennes website.
