The Executive Committee has decided to propose to the EPS Council Meeting on 1-2 April 2016 to increase the membership fees for EPS Individual Members.
Any increase decided by Council 2016 will not take effect until 2017.
During the EPS Council held from 4 to 5 April in Trieste, Italy, the delegates voted for an increase of the fees for Individual Members. The categories of EPS membership, as well as the new fees are shown below.

Category 3A – individuals who are also members of an EPS Member Society
Category 3B – individuals who are members of an EPS Collaborating Society

A proposal to increase Individual Member fees is being presented by the European Physical Society [EPS] Executive Committee at the 2012 EPS Council. The motion would see an increase in Individual Member fees by 10 per cent, for all respective categories.
The current membership fees have been fixed since 2007. If adopted, the fee increase would apply only to Individual Members, and would become effective in 2013…
