The European Physical Society has established 3 different formulas of conference managing for its Divisions and Groups, as follow:
- Basic Option which includes the announcements of your conference through our network tools and the 1st step of abstract submission;
- Improved Option which includes publicity/communication + management of the abstract submission & reviewing process + online registration management (could be an option inside the formula) + management of the EPS Prizes;
- All Inclusive Option which includes Basic Option+Improved Option + creation of the website and its updating + design tools for all your conference material + auxiliary tasks (such as accommodation, exhibition, receptions, social events, sponsors) + finance management + EPS Staff on site during the event.
