CLEO®/Europe-EQEC 2015 invites prestigious speakers
The International Conference CLEO®/Europe-EQEC 2015, Europe’s premier joint conference on Lasers, Electro-optics and Fundamental Quantum Electronics, will take place from 21-25 June 2015 at the Munich International Congress Centre [ICM], Germany. It will be held in conjunction with Laser World of Photonics 2015, the largest European Exhibition of laser and electro-optic equipment and services. Organized by the European Physical Society together with the Optical Society and the IEEE Photonics Society, this biannual conference is the largest, most comprehensive and prestigious gathering of optics and photonics researchers and engineers in Europe.
In 2015, CLEO®/Europe-EQEC will be the major European scientific meeting of the International Year of Light. Exceptional events will take place, such as a High-Level Opening with UNESCO representatives and international dignitaries, and several Plenary Sessions welcoming prestigious speakers (Th. Hänsch, S. Haroche, F. Capasso), including the 2014 Nobel Laureates in Chemistry.
Unique experts will teach ten short courses and many outstanding awards will be presented to young researchers and world-renowned scientists as well.
