The 5th IEEE International Nanoelectronics Conference [IEEE INEC 2013] will be held in Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore, on 2 – 4 January 2013.

The theme of the conference will be Sustainable Nanoelectronics, focusing on nanoelectronics for the future. This conference also aims to identify the paths between fundamental research and potential electronics, photonics and nano-science applications.
